We process and dispatch orders Monday through Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

Dispatch Cut-Off Times

Orders placed before 12:00PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packed and handed over to our delivery partner Royal Mail, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track its progress.
Delivery Locations & Restrictions

UK Mainland & Islands: We ship to all addresses across the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. (Please note that deliveries to offshore islands or remote locations may occasionally take an extra 1–2 working days).

PO Boxes: We are unfortunately unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

International Shipping: Currently, solrx.uk fulfills orders exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Wrong Address & Missed Deliveries
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot an error after purchasing, contact us immediately at sales@solrx.uk. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot alter the delivery destination.
If a courier attempts delivery and is unsuccessful, they will usually leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your package from a local depot. If an item is returned to us because of an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee.
Damaged or Missing Parcels
We take great care in packaging your SolRX products, but if your order arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived within the expected timeline, please reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date at sales@solrx.uk with your order number so we can investigate and resolve it for you right away.
