Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving delivery of your item/s to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order number.

A flat fee of £3.50 applies to all returns using our prepaid return label.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt at sales@solrx.uk - Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damage.
